MHA-03-R-2022 PAYROLL/HRIS SYSTEM AND RELATED SERVICES.

Mobile Housing Authority (“MHA”) is soliciting Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified firms interested in providing the following: Assistance in providing an electronic user-friendly web or internal server based platform from which to provide: Payroll Administration Services, Human Resource Information System (“HRIS”) with a component for Employee Self-service and Employee Human Resource Electronic Records Access (including access to payroll, benefits and other key employee records), Tax Administration, IRS form W-2 and IRS form 1099 Administration. The services should be provided within a framework that allows the electronic system to provide access to, track and report on separate transaction for MHA’s parent company and affiliated entities and subsidiaries.
