The Mobile Housing Authority (“MHA”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms interested in providing MHA, and/or its for-profit and non-profit subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, (collectively referred to in this solicitation as “Mobile Housing Authority” or “MHA”) Accessibility Improvements For Oaklawn Homes. The project consists of combining ten (10) one-bedroom dwelling units into five (5) accessible two-bedroom dwelling units as well as various accessibility improvements to the site and associated spaces at the Oaklawn Homes public housing development in Mobile, Alabama.
