Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified firms interested in providing Unit Make Ready and Repair Services for Oaklawn and Gulf Village Home, and/or its for-profit and non-profit subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, (collectively referred to in this solicitation as “Mobile Housing Authority” or “MHA).  It is MHA’s intention to enter into indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) with one (1) or more qualified firms [the successful “Respondent(s)” or “Contractor(s)”], to provide these services.
