Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing timely and professional lawn and landscaping services to MHA and MHA’s affiliated apartment communities, properties, commercial, residential, and office buildings and to ensure that the lawns and landscaping is properly maintained and well-manicured with enhanced “curb appeal,” for Mobile Housing Authority, and/or its for-profit and non-profit subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, (collectively referred to in this solicitation as “Mobile Housing Authority” or “MHA”). It is MHA’s intention to enter into indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) with one (1) or more qualified firms [the successful “Respondent(s)” or “Contractor(s)’].
