AWARDED TO REPUBLIC SERVICES: Clarifications Questions due March 29, 2023 by 2:00 P.M. CST Proposals due Date April 13, 2023 by 2:00 P.M. CST

Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified contractor(s) interested in providing Waste Collection Services. It is MHA’s intention to enter into indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) with one (1) or more qualified firms [the successful “Respondent(s)” or “Contractor(s)”], to furnish such materials and/or related services for selected MHA and MHA-affiliated apartment communities, properties, commercial, residential, and office buildings on a regularly scheduled and periodic basis as may be required by MHA, from time to time.
