MHA-06-R-2022 Software Services

Clarifications Questions Due by: March 29, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. cst.,  Proposal Due by: April 14, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. cst.

Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing installation/conversion, training and continued support of a fully programmed and integrated financial and housing management administrative software solution. This software will constitute the primary instrument in the Authority’s management information system. The software will replace an existing software system [Yardi] for the Mobile Housing Authority, an/or its for pro-fit and non-profit subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, (collectively referred to in this solicitation as the “Mobile Housing Authority” or “MHA” ). It is MHA’s intention to enter into indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) with a qualified firm [the successful “Respondent(s)” or “Contractor(s)”], to provide these services.
