Mobile Housing Authority (“MHA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Interim Chief Operating Officer services for a one (1) year term, firm fixed price contract with one (1) year option renewal. The Interim Chief Operating Officer should have strong and effective leadership in managing, operating, and maintaining housing programs, development, re-development and modernization. It is MHA’s intention to enter into a firm fixed contract with one (1) or more qualified firms [the successful “Respondent(s)” or “Contractor(s)”], to provide these services.
