MHA-21-R-2021 Purchase/Developer for Eighty (80) Acres in Orange Grove

The Mobile Housing Authority (“MHA”) owns approximately Eighty (80) acres located in the Orange Grove Community which has remained undeveloped for a number of years. Over the years the Authority has considered developing the property, but has not found a feasible development plan for it. The Authority is interested in having the property developed by one or more purchasers/developers to enhance and complement the existing developments by the Authority and others.
