MHB-11-R-2021 Sale of Gardens at First Avenue

Mobile Housing Board (“MHB”) developed a sixteen-unit senior residential complex in 2005 known as the Gardens on the First Avenue (the “Development”) in the Trinity Gardens area of Mobile, Alabama. The MHB has operated and maintained the development, and now desires to sale it to one or more qualified purchasers to continue to operate it and serve the needs of the current and future unit occupants. The development is in need of repairs and upgrading and the qualified purchaser or purchasers shall be committed to repairing, upgrading and operating the development.
